Epiq Announces New Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administration Officer

Kevin Boyle and Michael Alicea Join as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, and Chief Administration Officer, Respectively

Kevin Boyle has been appointed Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, and Michael Alicea has joined as Chief Administration Officer. Kevin Boyle joins Epiq as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management from previous roles as a chief legal officer, board member, and strategic business advisor. His background spans complex global environments, including supporting public and private equity-backed multibillion-dollar organizations with international operations.
