    MASSACHUSETTS AVE
    Mark Summers, 58, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on charges related to possessing a stolen motor vehicle and operating a vehicle while unlicensed. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle near Central Sq., Summers then fled on foot and when stopped, he actively resisted arrest and became assaultive toward officers.
