Flags Flying at Half-Staff in Honor of Congressman David Scott

By executive order of Gov. Brian Kemp, the flag of the United States and the Georgia flag at County government facilities will fly at half-staff in honor of and to recognize the passing of Congressman David Scott.

Congressman Scott was a dedicated public servant who served the State of Georgia for more than 50 years, first as a member of the Georgia General Assembly and later as a member of the United States Congress representing Georgia's 13th Congressional District.

Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day of his interment.
