David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on Amenities in Rye Ranch

Tampa, FL (October 6, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, recently broke ground on new amenities in Rye Ranch in Parrish, FL.

The community amenities, which will be for David Weekley Homes and Cardel Homes residents, will include a pool, clubhouse, dog park and playground.

David Weekley Homes will soon offer two series of homes situated on 50- and 60-foot homesites in the community. Floor plans will range in size from approximately 1,790 to 3,450 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath, and two- to three-car garages. The builder is scheduled to begin construction on two model homes in December 2026.
