The Pinal County Board of Supervisors will consider a proposed amendment to the Pinal County Development Services Code at their Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting on December 10, 2025.

The Zoning Ordinance is being revised to establish new and modified land-use regulations that conform to state-mandated requirements for Accessory Dwelling Units within residential zoning districts throughout unincorporated Pinal County.

The Supervisors held a Work Session on the item on November 12th, while the Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval to the Supervisors at their meeting on November 20th. Both meetings can be viewed below, along with the full Notice of Public Hearing.
