ROANOKE, Va., July 17, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the Cardinal Senior Living Portfolio, a three-property, 167-unit, 295-licensed bed assisted living and memory care portfolio in Roanoke, Bedford, and Danville, Virginia.
