Dentons renews its Warsaw office lease at Elektrownia Powiśle for another seven years

November 12, 2025

Dentons has extended its office lease at Elektrownia Powiśle for an additional seven years - until October 2033 - remaining the largest tenant in the complex.

"Since its revitalization, Elektrownia Powiśle has earned the recognition of Warsaw's residents and become an important landmark on the city's map. It's a space that perfectly reflects the character of our firm - combining tradition with modernity, energy with balance, and quality and professionalism with openness. Its advantages are appreciated by both our clients and our team, and the decision to stay in Powiśle aligns with our long-term strategy, reflecting our strong commitment to the Polish market and our plans for continued growth," said Jakub Celiński, co-managing partner of Dentons in Poland.

Located in the heart of Warsaw's Powiśle district, Elektrownia Powiśle is one of the most recognizable mixed-use projects in Poland. The complex combines office, retail, dining and residential spaces while preserving the industrial character of the early 20th-century power plant. It stands out not only for its unique architecture and proximity to the Vistula Boulevards, but also for its atmosphere that fosters collaboration, creativity and the building of business relationships.

White Star Real Estate is the owner of Elektrownia Powiśle. Dentons was advised by JLL on the lease renegotiation. On behalf of the firm, the negotiations were led by partner Monika Sitowicz and managing counsel Łukasz Zwiercan from the Real Estate team.
