Join more than 800 young agricultural leaders from across the country at the 2026 Farm Bureau YF&R Leadership Conference, March 13-16, in Portland, Oregon, to learn, share and grow together to build a sustainable future for agriculture and Farm Bureau.
Programming
The three-day conference agenda includes several networking opportunities, general sessions, and breakout sessions and workshops that fall into several categories including collegiate/young professional; consumer engagement; member engagement and leadership development; innovation and niche marketing; on the farm; and policy and advocacy.
Registration and Hotel
Through Jan. 7 at noon Eastern time, early bird adult registration is $400 per person. After that, through the close of registration at noon Eastern time on Feb. 6, adult registration is $450. Registration includes access to all general and breakout sessions, a welcome reception, breaks and lunches on March 14 (Saturday) and March 15 (Sunday), a celebration reception and dinner on March 16 (Monday).
Children ages 3-12 are $125 per person. Children receive meals for the length of the conference. Children under 3 are free but they do not receive meals and must sit on a parent's lap during meals.
The Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center is the host hotel, offering rooms for $209 per night plus tax. Attendees can reserve a room when they register. Like the registration deadline, the hotel reservation deadline is Feb. 6.

Tours
From cideries, creameries and chocolate to gardens, greenhouses and historic landmarks - and much more, there are several tour options for March 16 (Monday). Tours are $20 per person to cover boxed lunch and transportation costs. Tours are first come, first served and can be reserved at registration.
Farm Bureau Gives Back
As always, the conference will include opportunities for attendees to give back to their host community through charitable outreach and engagement.
