BRANDT Promotes Cour and Bressan to Vice President Roles
Tampa, Florida (September 1, 2026)-As BRANDT continues to grow globally, the company has promoted two longtime team members to vice president. Emily Cour has been named Vice President, Legal and Courtney Bressan has been named Vice President, Corporate Controller.
The promotions reflect BRANDT's ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and positioning the next generation of leaders to help guide the company's continued growth.

Cour joined BRANDT in 2016 and has played an essential role in managing risk, negotiating agreements and protecting BRANDT's intellectual property. In her expanded role, Cour will provide legal and strategic counsel across BRANDT's businesses while continuing to oversee key legal matters. She will work closely with company leadership and business teams to manage legal risk, support commercial activities, protect company assets and advance strategic growth initiatives.
Cour will report to Lee Allen, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer while overseeing a team supporting the legal function.
Bressan has been a key member of the BRANDT accounting and finance team since 2012. In her new role, she will oversee the company's accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls. Bressan will also partner with company leadership on financial performance and investment decisions to help support BRANDT's continued growth and long-term financial success.
Bressan will report to Joe Brummel, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer while overseeing a team supporting accounting and finance functions.
The Cour and Bressan promotions are effective September 1, 2026.
