Sullivan County - The Town of Liberty, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Liberty Local Law No. 4 of 2025 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Amendment of the Town of Liberty Zoning Law to repeal and remove all provisions with respect to the Planned Unit Development land use. The project is located Townwide in the Town of Liberty, New York.
