The Christ Hospital Delivers an Exceptional Birth Experience

Personalized Care Designed for Families

When it comes to the patient experience, Dr. Demos highlighted the exceptional care available at both birthing centers.

"The care The Christ Hospital Women's Health Service line gives to all of our patients at both campuses is amazing. At Liberty, we have a smaller campus with LDRP rooms, meaning that patients should be able to labor, deliver and recover all in the same room. Our rooms are beautiful and feel less like a hospital room. We have multiple options for pain management, including our new labor tubs. Our nurses, midwives and physicians are here to take care of you, to empower women to have an amazing delivery. We also can't forget our viewing room for one of our operating rooms, so that family members can be adjacent and view the delivery of their new family member."

The Liberty campus is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, allowing families to remain in the same room throughout much of the birth experience while enjoying amenities that create a more welcoming, home-like environment.

Growing to Meet Community Needs

With the expansion comes additional birthing suites and several exciting enhancements for patients and families.

Dr. Demos shared her enthusiasm about the growth, saying:

"I am most excited about having enough rooms for our patients. It was getting a little tight!! We have so many wonderful patients coming here. Word got out and we got very busy. The community spoke, and it was clear to everyone that we needed to expand to be able to offer these services to more families. The Christ Hospital is dedicated to taking care of our community, and this expansion helps us meet those expectations."
