Announcement of regulated information – Notification of significant changes in voting rights in accordance with Law 3556/2007

In accordance with articles 9 & 14 of Law 3556/2007 and article 4.1.1 (8) of the Athens Exchange Regulation as in force, the company "KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A." (the "Company") hereby discloses to the investing public the following: according to the TR1 notification dated 14/4/2025 received from Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis on the same date, during the Athens Exchange meeting of 11/04/2025, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis proceeded to three (3) transactions with which she sold in total two hundred seven thousand one hundred and twenty-seven (207.127) common shares of the Company. As a result, its percentage dropped from 15,065% to 12,338%, i.e. below the 15% threshold and Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis currently holds 937.129 shares and corresponding voting rights of the Company.
