Meet Agent Hub and Agent Builder: One place to build and man...

Agent Hub lets you manage AI agents across the entire go-to-market, and Agent Builder helps you create custom agents and automations with natural language using the customer data already in HubSpot

Most go-to-market teams running AI agents today have the same problem: the agents are scattered and disconnected. A sales team's prospecting agent is reaching out to a customer the same week a service agent is handling an open complaint from that same account. Neither agent knows what the other is doing. And when leadership asks what their AI investment is actually producing, nobody has a clean answer.

HubSpot is launching Agent Hub and Agent Builder to solve those challenges, available today in public beta for all Professional and Enterprise customers.

"The problem isn't managing a single agent in isolation. It's that once you have multiple agents, they become fragmented, all working from different pictures of the customer, or even worse, no picture at all," said Duncan Lennox, Chief Product and Technology Officer at HubSpot. "Agent Hub fixes that. One place to see agent performance, all working together and using shared context. That's what will drive outcomes for go-to-market teams."

Agent Hub

Agent Hub gives go-to-market teams-marketing, sales, and service-a single home to see and manage every agent running across their business. From one place, teams can:

  • See the live status and performance for every active agent
  • Identify agents that haven't been turned on yet and activate them with one click
  • Access Agent Builder, HubSpot's new tool for building and improving custom agents and automations with natural language, and Agent Marketplace without leaving Agent Hub
  • Manage agent outcomes organized by go-to-market goal, like building demand, winning deals, delighting customers, and scaling growth

Agent Builder

Agent Builder is where teams create and improve custom agents and automations tailored to their business. It's built directly into HubSpot, which means agents run on their own context like deal history, contact records, call transcripts, and buying signals. Teams can:

  • Build agents and automations together on one canvas, connecting workflows, custom agents, and triggers without switching tools
  • Trigger agents from any source: scheduled times, contact updates, webhooks, or third-party integrations
  • Describe what needs to happen in plain language using Breeze Assistant and let Agent Builder figure out what to run
  • Build on the same data foundation as HubSpot's core agents, without any separate setup or field mapping

Ignite Reading , a virtual literacy tutoring program operating across 25+ states, built a custom agent using Agent Builder that automatically finds and parses each school district's academic calendar using the domain and school year already stored in their deal record. A task that previously took 15-20 minutes per district now takes seconds, saving more than 350 hours a year.

Agent Hub and Agent Builder are available starting July 23, 2026 in public beta for Professional and Enterprise customers.
