Two of Evansville's most respected voices in journalism, Brad Byrd and David James, will share stories and insights during An Evening of Reflection at the University of Evansville (UE) on Friday, November 14, at 6:30 p.m., in Wheeler Concert Hall.
The event is presented by the Vanderburgh County Historical Society (VCHS) and hosted by the UE Department of History, Politics, and Social Change. The discussion will be moderated by UE professor of history Dr. James MacLeod.
Long-time journalists Byrd and James are both regarded as icons in Evansville's local media landscape. They will share stories and insights from their decades covering pivotal events in Evansville, Vanderburgh County and the surrounding Tri-State region.
An Evening of Reflection is open to the public and offers a unique opportunity to hear firsthand perspectives from two journalists whose reporting has shaped the community's understanding of local history and current events.
