Auto Club Launches “Donate to Educate” School Supply Drive In Partnership With United Way

In celebration of its 125th anniversary, the Auto Club of Southern California is proud to announce the launch of the "Donate to Educate" campaign, a school supply and toiletries donation drive in partnership with the United Way of Southern California. This initiative is part of the Club's broader "Stronger Together: 125 Years of Caring" commitment to supporting local communities.

Throughout September 2025, members and residents across Southern California are encouraged to donate essential school supplies and daily toiletries at any Auto Club branch location in Southern California. All collected items will be delivered to the United Way for distribution to local grade schools and families in need, especially those affected by recent economic challenges and wildfires.

Donation Items Requested Include:

  • School Supplies: Backpacks, pencils, pens, sharpeners, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, notebooks, folders, and activity books.
  • Toiletries: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, wash cloths, body lotion, combs, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Special Support from AAA Partners

Several partners from the Auto Club's Discounts & Rewards program are joining the effort, including Aquarium of the Pacific, Catalina Express, Universal Studios Hollywood, Spot Pet Insurance, LensCrafters, and Atlas Van Lines. Notably, Aquarium of the Pacific will offer an additional $5 member discount throughout the donation month.
