On September 25, 2025, the board of directors of Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation (the "Company") declared a distribution in the form of a dividend in the amount of $0.082 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025, to be paid to stockholders on or about October 29, 2025. The dividends represent an annualized dividend yield of approximately 10.0%. The annualized dividend yield was calculated by dividing the annualized declared dividends by the net asset value as of June 30, 2025, assuming the reinvestment of distributions in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.
