BOZEMAN - Montana State University's Homecoming week will begin Monday, Sept. 22, and culminate in a football game against Eastern Washington University and a volleyball game against Portland State University on Saturday, Sept. 27.
This year's Homecoming theme is "Montana Mixtape, Bobcats on the Beat." MSU and the MSU Alumni Foundation will host events throughout the week for students, community members, alumni and fans on campus and across Bozeman to show their Bobcat spirit.

Monday, Sept. 22

'Cats inside the lines virtual coloring - Bobcat fans can sign up to receive a coloring page and submit their entry for the chance to win an MSU Bookstore makeover valued at $100. Two entries will be selected for the prize. Coloring pages must be submitted by Monday, Sept. 22.

Go 'Cats lighting at North and South Hedges - 7 to 9 p.m. The event will include food, a dance party and inflatables after a lighting of "Go Cats" in the residence hall windows.

Concert on the mall at Malone Centennial Mall - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 24

Lighting of the "M" at Story Mill Park in Bozeman - 7 to 8 p.m. Lights surrounding the College "M" on the Bridger Range will be lit to celebrate Homecoming. Popcorn and drinks will be provided.
Thursday, Sept. 25

Alumni bookstore open house at the MSU Bookstore in the Strand Union Building - 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The bookstore will host trivia, beverages, appetizers and 30% off logo gear. RSVP by Monday, Sept. 22.
Friday, Sept. 26

Blue and Gold Friday - All day. The MSU community is encouraged to wear blue and gold to showcase their Bobcat spirit.

Spirit photographs at the Alumni Plaza's Spirit statue - 10 to 11:30 a.m. Professional photographs will be taken at the Spirit the Bobcat statue north of Montana Hall. No RSVP is needed.

Hike the "M" at the College "M" trail - 1 to 3 p.m. The event is open to all alumni, students and Bobcat fans. The first 100 hikers to register and reach the top during the event will win a special edition Bobcat fanny pack. RSVP before Monday, Sept. 22.

Alumni Friday at the Rocking R Bar in downtown Bozeman - 4 to 7 p.m. MSU alumni can stop by during alumni happy hour and receive a free drink.

Homecoming awards ceremony in the Strand Union Building ballrooms - 5:30 to 8 p.m. The event will honor 2025 Homecoming award recipients. Tickets are $50 per person, which includes dinner and an adult beverage. RSVP before Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Choral reunion rehearsal at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in downtown Bozeman - 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Those interested in performing can email School of Music professor Kirk Aamot.

Homecoming pep rally on Main Street in downtown Bozeman - 6 p.m. Join coaches, players and Homecoming ambassador candidates in a rally before the big game.

Fraternity and sorority alumni social in the Kimpton Armory Hotel's music hall - 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. RSVP before Monday, Sept. 22.

Friday Night Festival and Bobcat Drone Show at Dyche Field - 7 to 9 p.m. Take part in food trucks, live music and lawn games. A drone display will begin at 9 p.m. following the event.
Saturday, Sept. 27

Serenade before the parade at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in downtown Bozeman - 9:30 to 10 a.m. Listen to MSU Voces Luminis and the Montanans choirs in a brief recital before the parade.

ASMSU Homecoming parade on Main Street in downtown Bozeman - 10 a.m. To enter a float or for parade questions, contact the Office of Student Engagement.

Homecoming tailgate at Kagy Practice Field - 11:30 a.m. Tailgate with alumni, friends, parents and fans before the big game. Entry costs $20 per adult and $15 per child over 12. Registration includes tailgate fare, an adult beverage, unlimited soda and water, a photo booth and an appearance by the Spirit of the West Marching Band. RSVP before Monday, Sept. 22.

Bobcat trail challenge at Crosscut Mountain Sports Center - 10 a.m. Compete as an individual or as a team in a race on the 5k cross country ski race loop. Registration is required.
