Jan 23, 2026 CTCSP Corporation
CTCSP Corporation (President: Katsuya Ue,Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Abbreviation: CTCSP), a group company of IT-related equipment and software distributor CTCSP Co., Ltd. (President: Katsuya Ue; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Abbreviation: CTCSP), has signed Japan's first sales agency agreement with U.S.-based Cyberhaven Inc. (Headquarters: Palo Alto, California, USA; CEO: Nishant Doshi) and will begin offering a next-generation data leak prevention (DLP) solution. This solution detects and prevents unauthorized risks through continuous AI-based monitoring of confidential data and tracking of usage patterns and leakage routes. The company aims to achieve ¥1 billion in sales over five years, primarily targeting the telecommunications and financial industries.
In recent years, many companies have increasingly adopted generative AI as a powerful tool for improving operational efficiency. However, risks exist from "shadow AI"-the use of unauthorized AI tools and applications, or the unintentional input of confidential company data into generative AI. This necessitates mechanisms to strengthen data governance, including rule establishment and monitoring.
This solution enables monitoring and protection to prevent confidential data leaks. It provides real-time monitoring and analysis of data designated as confidential or proprietary. By detecting its use or transmission to generative AI tools or unauthorized web applications/services, it supports dynamic data protection against internal fraud.
Furthermore, by tracing data from its source to its destination and correlating employee actions with data content, it can prevent threats that are often missed by traditional tools.
A dedicated program is installed on monitored devices to establish an environment for continuous surveillance based on defined data protection rules. Our proprietary AI engine identifies risky data by considering user behavior and contextual information. It also detects risks beyond defined rules by understanding the meaning and usage patterns of the data.
