The 27 Member States of the European Union and the 77 Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) States reaffirm their steadfast commitment with the UN's mission.

Having regard to the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, and 77 Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), founded on a shared commitment to multilateralism and the rules-based international order, with the United Nations at its core, we, the European Union and its Member States and the Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States:

Underscore the invaluable role of the United Nations in bringing the international community together around universal values, such as good governance, protection of human rights, democratic principles, and respect for the rule of law, as well as the championing of human and social progress in the world.

Committed to work together to contribute to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and to developing friendly relations among nations, based on respect for the principle of sovereign equality among all states, and to refraining from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations (UN Charter).
Guided by these principles we support a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace in Ukraine, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Sudan, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the Sahel and in other major wars and conflicts around the globe.

Commend the UN Secretary General's UN80 initiative to ensure a more effective, cost-efficient and responsive UN, capable of delivering effectively across its three pillars.

Concerned about the increasing threats to multilateralism, widespread violations of the UN Charter, and low level of implementation of the 2030 Agenda, environmental crisis and growing inequalities.

Reaffirm our steadfast commitment with the UN's mission, based on its peace and security, human rights and development pillars, and with principles of the UN Charter, which are the foundation for peace, dignity and cooperation between nations.

Affirm our commitment to the implementation of the Pact for the Future, which is a crucial step towards revitalising the United Nations, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, and reforming the international financial architecture.

Reiterate the need for continued reforms towards a more efficient and representative international financial architecture, which is fit to help address the global challenges eradicating poverty and achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Pledge our commitment to working closely and constructively to implement the Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for Small Island Developing States (SIDS), the Doha Programme of Action for Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and the Awaza Programme of Action for Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), bearing in mind the unique vulnerabilities faced by those countries.

Restate our determination to uphold and promote the purposes and universal principles of the UN Charter, including within our institutions and through the political partnership between our 104 countries, which represent around 2 billion people, from four continents, and more than half of the UN members.

Resolve to jointly strengthen our political and economic partnership, translating our joint positions into coordinated action within UN bodies and other multilateral fora, to promote sustainable and inclusive development and enhance resilience against global shocks.
