Port Clinton City Schools will hold a Military and First Responders Appreciation Night during the PCHS home boys basketball game on Friday, Feb. 6. Members of the United States military, both past and present, along with current first responders, are invited to attend.
The event will feature Port Clinton facing off against Willard. The junior varsity game is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the varsity game.
Military personnel, including veterans and those currently serving, as well as first responders, will receive free admission with a valid military ID. The PCHS Leadership Council will distribute concession stand coupons at the welcome area near the cafeteria. A special tribute to honor military personnel in attendance will take place before the varsity game, so guests are encouraged to arrive by 6:30 p.m.
Port Clinton Schools invites the community to participate in this special evening to express gratitude to those who have served and continue to serve our nation and community.
