Colin Doherty, 36, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest and charged with Assault and Battery and Assault and Battery of a Police Officer. Mr. Doherty threw a water bottle unprovoked at a security officer of a Harvard Sq. business, striking him in the face. When detained, Doherty stomped on the foot of a Harvard University Police Officer multiple times.
