KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Monmouth Women's Soccer Head Coach was inducted into the University of Tennessee's Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2026 on Friday.
Flynn, who was a four-time All-SEC selection and the 2026 SEC Player of the Year during her time in Knoxville from 2005-08, finished her collegiate career with 43 goals and 102 career points.
"What an incredibly well-deserved honor for Kylee," said Monmouth Director of Athletics Jennifer Sansevero. "Being inducted into the Tennessee Athletic Hall of Fame is a testament to Kylee's sustained excellence, competitive spirit, and the lasting impact she has made on the game."
A two-time SEC champion, Flynn earned accolades as a four-time All-Central Region selection and was a Soccer Buzz Third Team All-American in 2007. After leading the Lady Vols with eight goals and 20 points in her freshman campaign, Flynn was tabbed a 2025 Second Team Freshman All-American. At the time of her graduation in 2008, Flynn held the program record in goals scored, total points and game-winning goals (15).
Flynn was hired as the fourth head women's soccer coach in Monmouth History in July of 2022 and has led the Hawks to a 46-16-12 record and three CAA regular season championships in four seasons. The Hawks have had a winning record in all four campaigns since Coach Flynn arrived on campus.
During her tenure in West Long Branch, Flynn has been twice named the CAA Coach of the Year and has produced 25 all-conference selections. Under her leadership, Jesi Rossman and Lauren Bruno earned three straight CAA Defensive Player of the Year awards from 2022-24, Liza Suydam and grabbed Rookie of the Year honors in 2023 and 2024, respectively, while was tabbed the conference's Offensive Player of the Year in 2024.
Entering her 15th year as a Hawk in 2026, Flynn joined the Monmouth staff as an assistant coach in 2012. The Hawks tallied 133 wins during her time as an assistant and captured six MAAC Championships, participating in six NCAA Tournaments. Flynn was previously inducted into the Mercer County Soccer Hall of Fame in 2023.
