London-Dentons has advised the shareholders of leading digital consumer health platform, Comfort Click Limited, a UK-based company operating in the vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) sector, on its £239 million sale to Zydus Wellness.
Comfort Click has been named by the Financial Times as one of Europe's top 1,000 fastest-growing companies for both 2024 and 2025. With a strong presence throughout the UK and Europe and ongoing expansion into the United States, Comfort Click operates a diversified portfolio spanning the adult, children's, and pet health and wellness sectors. Its brand portfolio includes WeightWorld, which offers a comprehensive range of plant-based supplements, vitamins, minerals, collagen, omegas, probiotics, micronutrients, and sports nutrition products for adults; maxmedix, a specialist VMS gummy brand focused on paediatric nutrition; and Animigo, a natural pet VMS brand providing an array of pet care products.
