Respiratory illness season is here! Cold, flu, RSV, and COVID-19 are spreading. Take steps to reduce the risk of infection to protect yourself and loved ones from serious illness.

Prevent spreading illness by:

  • Washing your hands frequently
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Staying home when sick
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Staying up to date on seasonal vaccines, including flu and COVID-19. If eligible, get your RSV vaccine.
