City of Hudson - JLE Redevelopment and Zoning Change
Negative Declaration
Columbia County - The Common Council for City of Hudson, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed JLE Redevelopment and Zoning Change will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Zoning change for property located at 360 State St., Hudson NY from Zoning District R-1 to Zoning District R-4 and redevelopment of former John L. Edwards School. The project is located at 360 State Street in the City of Hudson, New York.
