TRAFFIC ALERT: Ramp closures on I-49 in Cass County for pavement repair work&co…

CASS COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting pavement repair operations on southbound I-49 near Harrisonville resulting in various ramp closures. All work is weather permitting.

Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. until Wednesday, Sept 18 at 6 a.m.

  • Crews will close the Commercial Street on Ramp to I-49 SB
  • Crews will close the I-49 south to MO 291 north off ramp

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
