"Para 1 of Art. 15 of the PD 36/2026, where the term "relevant to this discretion" appears, is a simple transfer of the former, 51 years ago, wording of Para 1 of Art. 6 of L. 154/1975, which related to provisions for healthcare of retired militaries and family members, in the framework of the Codification procedure of the legislation relating to military hospitals, which is completed.

The reality is that there is no change to the healthcare scheme for our retired personnel and the members of their families, and L. 5195/2025, which we voted and published on 9 May 2025, safeguards this. It remains stable, strong and unnegotiable".
