Relyance Bank Promotes Josh Phillips to Trust Officer

Mr. Phillips earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas, a master's degree in business administration with a human resources concentration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a juris doctorate degree from the Mississippi College School of Law. He carries four years of banking experience. He started as a teller prior to attending law school. For the past three years he held the position of credit analyst and was recently promoted to Trust Officer. Mr. Phillips is an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
