His expertise is focused on characterization and in situ remediation of hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, metals, nutrients, and radionuclides.
Spencer is a Senior Scientist based in Saskatchewan with experience in contaminated site assessment, remediation, regulatory engagement, and long-term groundwater monitoring. He serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Environmental Industry Members Association.
