Minister Shiyam Meets with Members of the Maldives Space Research Organization (MSRO)
Minister Ahmed Shiyam met met with the Maldives Space Research Organization (MSRO). During the meeting, MSRO briefed the Minister on its ongoing work and expressed interest in collaborating with the Ministry.
The Minister welcomed the initiative and expressed strong interest in working with MSRO on a range of areas, including the use of space-based data to support fisheries management, as well as ocean and coral reef monitoring.
