Dentons advises PNE on the sale of wind farm project in Poland

Dentons advised PNE Group, a leading German renewables developer and wind power producer, on the sale of a wind farm project located in southwest Poland to a major global energy player.
The "Legnica" wind farm will consist of 10 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 72 megawatts. PNE Polska, the Polish arm of PNE, will further develop the project to the ready-to-build stage. The project is planned to become operational in 2030.
Dentons' team advising on the transaction was led by partner and Co-Head of Energy practice group in Poland Christian Schnell, and included senior associate Katarzyna Samoraj and associate Martyna Oziembała.
