Gresham man arrested on encouraging child sexual abuse II
On August 21, 2026 Cheley Barrientos, Luis Alberto 25-year-old Gresham man was arrested on multiple felony charges following a encouraging child sexual abuse investigation conducted by the Gresham Police Department.
Cheley Barrientos was booked into Multnomah County Jail on five counts of luring a minor, two counts of encouraging child sexual abuse II, two counts of sex abuse III, and several other related charges. Detective Mike Erickson is the lead detective on this case and is concerned there may be additional victims.
