Congratulations to Our Newly Promoted Firefighters

The Salinas Fire Department is proud to announce the promotions of Henry Martinez, David Hernandez, and Filemon Bobadilla-three outstanding members whose commitment, leadership, and professionalism have made a lasting impact on our organization.

Promoted to Fire Captain Henry Martinez and David Hernandez have demonstrated their dedication to the SFD and the greater fire service through their efforts to advance the firefighting profession and promote public service. Their promotions are a reflection of years of hard work, perseverance, and a shared passion for protecting our community.

Please also join us in congratulating Firefighter Filemon Bobadilla on his promotion to Fire Engineer. Serving with the SFD since 2018, Engineer Bobadilla has shown his commitment to our community by becoming a Paramedic and applying his skills on every shift. His promotion recognizes his technical expertise, steady professionalism, and continued dedication to serving the public with excellence.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Captain Martinez, Captain Hernandez, and Engineer Bobadilla. Their dedication continues to inspire those around them, and we look forward to all they will accomplish in their new roles.
