GAYLORD, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $5.1 million to resurface just less than 10 miles of I-75 in both directions from the I-75 Business Loop/South Otsego Avenue (Exit 279) in Gaylord to Vanderbilt (Exit 290) in Otsego County. The work will be divided into two segments with separate schedules:

Traffic restrictions:
This work will require single-lane closures with traffic shifts. One lane will remain open in each direction.

Safety benefit:
This work will extend the service life of this section of highway, and includes new rumble strips and pavement markings.
