Dentons US Welcomes Employment and Labor Partner Vincent Avallone

April 16, 2026

Dentons US today announced that Vincent Avallone has joined the Firm's Employment and Labor practice as a partner, based in New Jersey and New York. Avallone brings a nationally focused practice advising employers on high-stakes employment and labor matters, including board-level and C-suite disputes, enterprise-wide compliance challenges, and strategic workforce issues with significant business and reputational implications.

Avallone is a trusted advisor to management teams navigating sensitive investigations, litigation, and regulatory scrutiny. He regularly counsels on risk management and dispute resolution strategies in matters involving senior leadership and other high-impact workplace issues. In addition to his employment practice, Avallone is an accomplished litigator, representing businesses in complex disputes that intersect with broader operational and governance concerns.

Earlier in his career, Avallone served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he worked as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney handling high-pressure, high-visibility matters, including service as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. That experience informs his ability to counsel clients facing intense scrutiny, where preparation, judgment, and credibility are paramount.

"Vince brings decades of experience advising employers on their most challenging employment and labor matters," said Dan Beale, Head of Dentons' US Employment and Labor practice. "His depth of experience and steady judgment strengthen our ability to support clients nationwide as they navigate increasingly complex workforce issues."
