Taft Denver partner and FinTech practice group chair Richard B. Levin will speak during the "Battle of the Digital Currencies: CBDC, Tokenized Assets, or Stablecoins?" session at the 2025 CB+DC Conference on Sept. 11 in Nassau, Bahamas. Levin will join a panel of industry professionals to discuss three different types of digital currency and explore the role each plays in the current digital financial market.

Levin is the Chair of the FinTech Practice at Taft. His practice focuses on the representation of companies in the FinTech industry, including broker-dealers, hedge funds, alternative trading systems (ATSs), exchanges, and digital asset trading platforms. He represents these firms before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and Congress. Levin has also represented clients before regulators around the world. Chambers and Partners has recognized him as a trusted adviser in the FinTech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on FinTech and regulatory issues and is the co-author of several chapters of books on U.S. regulation of digital assets and blockchain technology.
