The TRIAD Business Journal reports on Temerity Baseball's, owner of the Greensboro Grasshoppers baseball team and First National Bank Stadium downtown Greensboro ballpark development plans.
Andy Sandler, CEO of Temerity Baseball, announced he would work with Winston-Salem's Front Street Capital to continue development at the stadium.
"We have all kinds of aspirations to bring a lot of additional development, additional restaurants, bars, retail, to really activate the street scene," Andy Sandler, CEO of Temerity Baseball and CEO and Founder of Temerity Capital Partners said during a panel discussion on Dec. 8 at Elm & Bain in downtown Greensboro. "What we do is baseball and development around the stadium, and there aren't many opportunities like this," he added.
