Empowering Careers with AI: Supporting Local Government Recruitment

The LGA's 'Make a Difference, Work for Your Local Council' campaign is unlocking new career pathways in local government. We're inviting suppliers to help us implement an AI-powered chatbot that connects job seekers with meaningful roles-bids close on 25 September 2025.

The LGA is delivering a national recruitment campaign for local government called 'Make a Difference, Work for Your Local Council'. This campaign highlights the infinite variety of roles in local government, and the exciting opportunities to grow a career within a council.

We are looking to implement an AI-powered chat bot to our campaign website, https://www.localcounciljobs.gov.uk, to help job seekers identify job opportunities in local government which match their interests.
