On April 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of Columbia Financial, Inc. (the "Company") designated Thomas Splaine, Jr., the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as the Company's "principal financial officer" and "principal accounting officer" for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting matters. As previously disclosed, Mr. Splaine was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective January 28, 2026, in connection with the promotion of Dennis E. Gibney to First Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Company.
