Gene Field Road Bridge over Interstate 29 in St. Joseph closed
St. Joseph, Mo. - The Gene Field Road Bridge over Interstate 29 in St. Joseph is closed due to being struck by an oversized load. The bridge is closed until further notice as crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation evaluate the bridge condition.
Traffic Impacts: Gene Field Road is closed at the bridge over I-29. Motorists need to seek an alternate route.
