LAKE JACKSON, Texas, July 22, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Brazos E-Z Storage, a 44,178-square-foot self-storage facility in Lake Jackson, Texas.

The property includes climate-controlled and drive-up storage units, as well as outdoor parking spaces. The seller elected to market the property rather than refinance an existing loan, and the buyer plans to retain the current management company while implementing operational improvements.
