Make Life Easier - Switch to Paperless and Get $5
Start the new year with a simple change that reduces clutter and makes managing your account easier. When you switch to paperless billing, you'll get your monthly bill by email and can view it anytime in SmartHub, our free online account management tool.
For a limited time, customers who make the switch will receive a one-time $5 bill credit while incentive funds last.
(Prepaid accounts and customers who have been paperless in the last 12 months aren't eligible.)

How to Switch
If you already use SmartHub:
- Log in to your SmartHub account.

Look for an "Activate Paperless Billing" prompt.
- On mobile, move the slider to the right.
- On desktop, select "Yes."
- Hit save, and you're all set!
If you don't have SmartHub:
- Create a SmartHub account using your account number and email address.
- Activate paperless billing!
