Fall Family Outing at Munroe Falls Metro Park

Fall into autumn fun at this FREE family event! Enjoy the change of season and the feeling of fall with free cider, apples and popcorn while enjoying lumberjack shows, naturalist activities, hayrides, bonfires, music, food and more. View the full event schedule.

Visitors can also purchase food and drinks from food trucks. Maple Leaf Gifts, the park district's gift shop, will have merchandise for sale, including Fall Hiking Spree t-shirts (credit cards only).

Leashed dogs are welcome at the event.

Thanks to a partnership with METRO Regional Transit Authority, visitors can ride public transit to and from Fall Family Outing. Route #80 will depart the Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center (631 S. Broadway St., Akron) for Munroe Falls Metro Park and back every 45 minutes beginning at 1:30 p.m. Ride free on METRO Direct and METRO ADA when you show the flier (paper or digital). Please note: The last departure from Munroe Falls Metro Park is at 7 p.m.
