IDACORP Announces Election of Sharon L. Miller to Board of Directors

BOISE, Idaho - IDACORP, Inc. has announced the election of Sharon L. Miller to serve on the Board of Directors of IDACORP and Idaho Power.

Miller retired in 2025 as President, North America, of Lamb Weston, a leading global producer, distributor, and marketer of frozen potato products headquartered in Idaho.

"Sharon is a valuable addition to our Board of Directors," said Lisa Grow, IDACORP and Idaho Power President and CEO. "We are excited to leverage her insights into customer operations and supply chain, as well as her familiarity with Idaho Power's rapidly growing service area."

Miller previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Lamb Weston Global Business Unit, overseeing Lamb Weston's domestic and global businesses after its spin-off from ConAgra Brands. She also held various sales and business leadership roles with ConAgra Brands. Miller is a graduate of the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, and received her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
