Rebecca Howard Park Development Plan headed to City Council
On March 24, we presented the final draft of the Rebecca Howard Park Plan to City Council, where it received strong support and enthusiasm. Rebecca Howard Park was designed in partnership with the Black and African American community to share the history of local residents and reflect Black culture while creating a space for connection, peace, healing, and learning. With Council's positive reception, staff are recommending the project move into the next phase of development, marking an exciting step forward in bringing this community space to life.
