Willkie Adds Leading Private Equity and M&A Dealmaker Brian Hamilton in New York

New York, NY (September 8, 2025) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that leading Private Equity and M&A dealmaker Brian Hamilton has joined the Firm as a partner in New York. He is a member of the Corporate & Financial Services Department, and the Private Equity and M&A Practice Groups. He joins from Sullivan & Cromwell, where he was co-head of that firm's Private Equity Group.
