The driver of a Nissan Rogue has died following Tuesday's 4 a.m. head-on crash with a GMC Terrain on Bell Road at Ned Shelton Road. The preliminary investigation indicates the southbound Rogue crossed over the double yellow line where it collided with the northbound Terrain.
The driver of the Rogue, Kyree Hollins, 26, of Antioch, died at the scene.
The driver of the Terrain was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Toxicology testing will be conducted by the Medical Examiner's Office to determine whether impairment played a role in this fatal crash.
