Project Announcement: Evaluation of Efforts to Integrate the U.S. Space Force's Tactical Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Tracking with DoD Intelligence Collection Management (Project No. D2025-DEV0SI-0142.000)

Evaluations

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we are initiating the subject evaluation. The objective of this evaluation is to determine the effectiveness of DoD efforts to integrate the U.S. Space Forces's Tactical Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Tracking (TacSRT) program with DoD intelligence collection management. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives. We plan to perform this evaluation in accordance with Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency "Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation."

We will perform the evaluation at the U.S. Space Force and the National Geospacial-Intelligence Agency. We may identify additional locations during the evaluation.
