Mr. Holger Bartel's annual salary was increased to $494,400 effective April 1, 2025, for his role as Global Chief Executive Officer, representing a 3% inflationary increase in line with the standard employee increases granted at the same time. $490,800 represents annual salary cost based on one quarter at prior salary level. As of October 1, 2023, Mr. Bartel's employment and salary were split 30/70 between the role of Global Chief Executive Officer in the United States and a temporary secondment as the Head of Strategy in the United Kingdom. The total amount of compensation was unchanged.

Ms. Ciocca was appointed as an executive officer in March of 2023. Ms. Ciocca's annual salary was increased to $463,500 effective April 1, 2025, for her role as General Counsel and Head of Global Functions representing a 3% inflationary increase in line with the standard employee increases granted at the same time. $460,125 represents annual salary cost based on one quarter at prior salary level. Ms. Ciocca's title was changed to Chief Membership Officer and General Counsel in January of 2026.

Ms. QI's annual salary was increased to $290,000 effective April 1, 2025, for her role as Chief Accounting Officer, representing a 3% inflationary increase in line with the standard employee increases granted at the same time. Ms. Qi commenced short-term disability leave on March 3, 2025 and long-term disability leave on June 1, 2025. Ms. Qi did not receive any salary after June 1, 2025. $120,833 represents annual salary cost through May 31, 2025 based on one quarter at prior salary level.
