Annual Business Meet 2026 – Vietnam

IKF Finance successfully conducted its Annual Business Meet 2026 - themed IGNITE: Game On - in Hanoi, Vietnam. The event brought together the company's senior leadership, business heads, and key stakeholders for a full day of strategic alignment, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration, culminating in a vibrant evening of recognition and celebration.

The day commenced with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp ceremony, followed by addresses from the Chairman & MD and the CEO, who laid out the company's strategic context and roadmap for the year. Business heads and National Sales Managers presented the Business Plan, offering a detailed download of targets, priorities, and growth levers across geographies.

Key functional leaders then took the stage to share their respective way-forward plans. The Chief Risk Officer presented the Risk & Audit findings, Collections Heads outlined the collections strategy, the National Credit Manager detailed the credit roadmap, and the Operations and HR heads presented their departmental plans. The CFO concluded the business session with a comprehensive financial overview.

An extended Open Session provided participants with a candid forum to raise ideas, ask questions, and strengthen cross-functional alignment - one of the most engaging segments of the day.
